Le Clos des Colimaçons, the authenticity of a Clos-Masure from the Normandy Pays de Caux

In Normandy, in the Pays des Hautes Falaises, 5 km from the sea and 12 km from the prestigious site of Etretat, our typical Clos-Masure of the Pays de Caux welcomes you.

Come and recharge your batteries in an authentic farmhouse, acquired and renovated 25 years ago during the creation of our helicopter activity. The snail farm was taken over by Romain and moved in 2018 to the village next door, you can visit it in season.

But the farm buildings did not remain empty for long. In 2021 our son Louis is launching his artisanal gin and whiskey distillery in our old barn! We will make you discover this during your stay, of course.

With us, nature is queen. Cat, cows, barnyard but also little owls, hares and pheasants surround us.

We are involved in the search for a better future by monitoring all of our consumption, and for 10 years we have been in positive energy thanks to wind power and photovoltaics.

You can stroll through our vegetable garden inspired by permaculture and thus test your knowledge, some curiosities await you!

And let's not forget breakfast, a convivial moment par excellence. Every morning, in our dining room open onto the surrounding plain, we prepare Norman specialties, local products, homemade jams, creams and pastries, sweet and savory, the proposals varying every day.

Lovers of noble materials and refinement, go your way. We opted for sobriety and efficiency. A table allows you to eat in your room, with a microwave and a refrigerator available.

Our simple and warm welcome at very low prices will allow you to appreciate the calm of the place, and we will share with you all our good plans to take full advantage of our beautiful location, between Fécamp and Etretat.
